More then 3 500 caves have been discovered in the Czech Republic. Most of caves is of an special importance, because representing not only remarkable geological, geomorfological and mineralogical phenomens, and there are saved also the most valuable evidences of the origin and development of the live on the Earth. There are records of the origin and development of man culture. All caves of the Czech Republic are strictly protected according to § 10 of the Law No. 114/1992 on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape. Fourteen of them are show caves. They are managed by the Cave Administration of the Czech Republic. Now, you can visit them with us.

The Koněprusy Caves invite you to visit the caves with individual electric torch every last Monday of the currant month (26.7., 30.8., 27.9., 25.10., 29.11.) during the visitors season. You may visit us any other day of the week as well.  The Koněprusy Caves are opened 7 days a week.
